These are Apple’s highest reseller and service center designations, which only a few hundred companies in the country have achieved. To be recognized by Apple at this level requires a combination of technical expertise, product and service certifications, and positive customer satisfaction reviews. We not only recertify each year on Apple products but on their ordering and tracking system as well.

We are also one of only 15 national members of HP’s reseller council, a Microsoft Partner, and an award-winning Adobe reseller. As a result, our access to support resources and inside information, such as the timing of new product releases and standards changes, is best-in-class.

We have regular Friday morning technical briefings, where vendor representatives deliver presentations on their latest product and service offerings. We have had briefings from the HP server, network, and printer divisions. Apple, Adobe, Microsoft, Dantz, Veritas, SonicWall, Netscreen, and many others are regular participants in these sessions.

Our weekly staff meetings often include a training component given by an in-house tech who has in-depth expertise in a particular area. We also discuss technical challenges encountered in the field and develop best practices that become part of our organizational knowledge.

Our technicians have numerous vendor certifications including Microsoft Windows NT and 2000 server, MCSE, CCNA, CCDA, PMP, Apple OS X, Sonicwall, Dantz, HP, and others.
