We will work with you to understand your organization’s strategic and operational requirements, to also ensure we introduce you to the most appropriate candidates in today’s job market. We can help you find full time hires as well as contract resources.
Through our eyes you will see hundreds of candidates – mainly employed but “open” to new opportunities – and typically we introduce you to the top two or three that we have carefully pre-screened. For contract roles we try to work with a small number of people in our network, who have proven themselves in prior engagements.
There are three ways we can partner with you to grow your organization:
- Direct Hire
You have an open position that needs to be filled on a full-time, not contract, basis. We will work with you to determine the position requirements (soft and hard), compensation, etc., and then source and present pre-qualified candidates to you. We are with you all the way through the process from initial candidate presentation to offer submittal – sometimes even post-hire – and can ratchet our partnership up-or-down depending on your own comfort level.
We work on a contingency basis – no fees are due unless you decide to hire our candidate and that person joins your organization. (Fee is based on base compensation and we offer a guarantee period.)
You have an open position that you do not have “headcount” for, but for which there is budget for a “contract” placement.
Our team will secure the appropriate resource and ensure Eaton is the “employer of record” for the duration of our contract. As a smaller firm we do not carry the overhead of national firms, and therefore offer highly competitive and open pricing for this service.
Basically a hybrid of the above, where each party has an opportunity to become more familiar with the role and “fit” before a direct hire employment agreement is reached.
